Well, it's my favorite time of year....that's right you guessed it, MARCH MADNESS!! There is nothing more exciting to me than the NCAA tournament. 64 teams competing to be the best and prove they are the best in the nation. And this year is no different. Sometimes the Cinderella team surprises us all and other times it's the dominant team taking home the prize! That's why it's called March Madness because it can truly be just that.....MADNESS! You never know who will upset who and that is what's so fun!
For those of you who do not know, I am a diehard Kentucky fan. I bleed blue and it runs so deep! I was born and raised a UK fan and it's also my Alma Mater! This year my CATS are one of the four #1 seeds in the NCAA tournament. After a tumultous 2 years (with the worst coach in America, Billy G), Coach Cal has turned the program around and restored us to the greatest tradition in all of college basketball! We were the first school to reach 2,000 wins, the regular season SEC Champions and then went on to win the SEC Tournament, which was simply amazing!
Now it's time to go dancing, the Big Dance that is! So here are my Final Four picks for the 2010 NCAA tournament: Kansas vs. Kansas State and Kentucky vs. Duke. My picks for the National Championship Game are Kansas vs. Kentucky with Kentucky bringing home the Championship to the Bluegrass State! I sure do love this time of year! I'm ready to go dancing, are you??
